We are looking for students who:
- are enrolled at a Dutch University
- completed at least their second year of studies
- attained a minimum of 120 ECTS
- (in case of graduation) are within six months past graduation
Type of study is not the most important criteria. More important is a strong personality,
students who broaden their horizons.
Applicants are expected to take initiative and deal with setbacks in uncertain situations.
Suitable candidates combine pro-active, individual engagement with team-playing abilities.
First Round: C.V. and Motivation
The first selection round is based on your C.V. and motivation. Ensure it is in English and that you answer all questions
on the application form. You apply for the programme, not a particular country.
National Selection Days
More information about the programme for these days will soon be available in this section. Note that all activities will be
held in English. If applicable you will also be tested on your Spanish language skills.
Preparation
Before you are sent abroad you will be trained at the WFP headquarters in Rome. This training will prepare you for your
actual internship.
Internship
You will leave for your country of destination in early September. You will return six months later, in March the next year.
